I will probably need to start setting my foundation with powder again once the weather warms up. I do not currently set my foundation with powder - I only set my concealer under my eyes and the sides of my nose with my HG Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder. For reference, my skin is combination with some dry patches from tretinoin use and natural oil breaking through my t-zone around the four hour mark. I applied it for the first time this morning. I ordered it from the Sephora Australia website on launch day for $71. I just got my hands on the new Anastasia Beverly Hills Luminous Foundation in shade 200W and wanted to share my first thoughts right away. I set it to prevent transfer and it didn’t cake up or look too matte. It was very easy to blend out and the coverage built up nicely. ABH’s previous foundation, the foundation stick, was a major flop for me so I had high hopes this one would work better. Regardless of shade, I wanted to test the formula. I went with 100N as that was the closest match, but I think 110C would be a better match. I got a sample of this at Sephora and my Sephora inside JC Penney didn’t have the best shade range.
